The Champlain Valley Down Syndrome Group will be holding our annual summer family gathering at North Beach Park in Burlington on Saturday, July 17th – beginning at 3:30 and lasting until 7:00.  We have reserved the picnic shelter just north of the restrooms – and the event will be held rain-or-shine.

This will be a great opportunity for families to reconnect in-person after such a long time apart.  Participants will be asked to follow the routine Covid practices in place at the time of the event, such as masking and social distancing.

Please bring your own beverages and meat/other item for the grill and a dish to share with the group (if you’re comfortable in doing so), as well as your own plates and silverware.

Please note:  there is a daily parking fee at North Beach Park ($6 for residents; $8 for non-residents).  Access is free if you enter on foot or by bicycle.
