Caregiver Hike One

February 11 @ 9:00 am - 11:00 am

Caring for an individual with a disability requires a lot. Oftentimes our own needs and even health is brushed aside. Let’s stay healthy together as caregivers and share our love for Vermont & our experiences at the same time! These hikes are for caregivers only; we feel that it is important to have personal time away from those that we care
for to rejuvenate.

Vermont has a vast number of places to explore. There is beauty all around us. Whether it’s the steep climb and vast views from the Fire Tower at Elmore Mountain or the serene views and wooded paths that Red Rocks in South Burlington has to offer.

Join us whenever it’s convenient for you. Be prepared for snow, ice, hills or flat terrain. Plan approximately 2 hours of walking for most outings with the exception of the “bigger” hikes like Camels Hump or Mt. Mansfield.
